On September, 16th 2021, Condo Lor Roath has invited Covid 19 disinfection agent with the aim to clean and disinfect the surfaces along the passageway and our receptionist office. As we prioritize safety and well being of our tenants, we believe that enhancing the cleaning protocol will help to prevent Covid 19 infection, such as by implementing Covid 19 disinfection process once every month and the placement of hand sanitizers along the passageway, our office and restrooms. Additionally, all of our employees have been fully vaccinated against Covid 19, and preeminently they practice 3 do’s and 3 don’t’s strictly as advised by The Health Ministry Of Cambodia.

Lastly, we will continue to further strengthen safety in our condo. We hope that our tenants would feel at ease and safe as well as to always remain healthy. We are very thankful for choosing us as your home.
