🌿 APART IS TAKING A SUMMER BREAK 🌿

After an incredible first season, it's time for me to take a little break, recharge and prepare for an exciting new chapter.

✨ Apart will be closed until August 26.

A huge thank you to everyone who has visited Apart, shared a meal, joined a ceramic workshop or simply spent time with us. Your support has helped Apart become the peaceful place I dreamed of creating.

While I'm away, the new ceramic experiences are already available to book:

🕒 Starting August 26, ceramic sessions will take place every Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

Inspired by Mediterranean flavors, this week's selection is all about fresh ingredients, homemade comfort food and dishes made to slow down and savor.

🥗 Green Goddess Chicken Salad
Fresh, vibrant and packed with herbs, avocado, walnuts and marinated chicken.

🍆 Aubergine Parmigiana
Layers of slow-baked eggplant, tomato and melted cheese, served with homemade focaccia and a fresh rocket salad.

🐟 Riviera Tuna Focaccia
Our housemade focaccia filled with lemon-confit tuna, whipped feta, red pesto, zucchini confit, pickled red onions and fresh rocket.

🍯 Honeyed Garden Pita
Grilled pita served warm like a pizza, topped with mustard, creamy goat cheese, roasted eggplant, peppers & zucchini, finished with a drizzle of honey— simple, sweet and deeply satisfying.

🍐 Pear & Cashew Tartlet
🥭 Mango & Passion Fruit Tartlet
Both served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

A Valentine’s Self-Connection & Creative Ceramic Workshop

This Valentine’s Day, join us for a heart-centered workshop dedicated to self-connection, presence, and self-love.

Through a guided inner journey, you’ll reconnect with your heart, listen to your inner desires, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself. This intention will then be embodied through a creative ceramic experience, where you’ll shape a heart in clay — a symbolic object that can later become a magnet or a cup.

No artistic or meditation experience is needed.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate love from within.

You’ll leave with a handmade ceramic piece and a deeper connection to yourself.

Open to anyone wishin ❤️❤️ self-love in a meaningful and creative way.
