Job Description
• Oversee daily operations of the apartment.
• Manage tenants’ check-in, requests, and overall satisfaction.
• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure the building and facilities are well maintained.
• Monitor rental payments and basic operational reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in property, apartment, or hotel management.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage staff and handle daily operations efficiently.

Job Description
1. Issue invoices and official receipts.
2. Collect payments and deposit them at the bank.
3. Prepare and manage purchase orders for office supplies.
4. Prepare payment requests and payment vouchers.
5. Prepare daily reports, including:
• Sales and purchase records
• Cash book (Petty Cash & Cash in Bank)
