Both properties are located in the same pedestrian alley near the Wat Damnak Pagoda. It boasts tropical gardens and 26 multilevel villas that surround two salt-water

swimming pools. Built in a customary pagoda style, the light and airy villa's distinctiveness include crafted furniture from palm wood, Asian traditional art and Khmer hand crafted silk. The R-Restaurant & Bar offers a brilliant selection of Cambodian cuisine up to Western specialties. Catering to their guests they also provide complimentary breakfast, transportation, tour guide services, in-house Massage Therapy, and assistance with contribution to local charities and disadvantaged communities.
