We use Italian bean within 6-10 months for cafe
and roasting bean by myself for hand drip coffee.

Coffee bean after 6 months roasting is including a little carbon dioxide so it is good to make Espresso and has a good and deep coffee flavor.

Just roasting coffee bean has a lot of carbon dioxide but very fresh.

You can enjoy your coffee without any worry & fear at Cafe Lodge Coffee Shop.
And your coffee is made by owner who has a license of Barista.

These days, we have heard the news that Vietnam coffee has a lot of problem.

The most of Vietnam coffee is Robusta and it is one of 3 kinds world coffee.
(The other things are Arabica and Liberia)

Robusta taste is very strong but flavor and acidy is less than Arabica.
And cheaper and easier to grow than the other coffee.
So Robusta is a good material to make instant coffee and mix with Arabica.

Anyway,
Robusta is very important coffee and some of people love this strong Robusta including me.

But but ,,,,
the roasting is important.
It has to be clean, be included nothing and to keep with vacuum after roasting.
And it is good to have it in 6-10 months if it is in vacuum.

But Vietnam coffee roasting is not clean, adding something (so very oily) and keeping a long time without any vacuum.

So it is the problems, if it is changed Vietnam coffee will get the reputation again.
