HanumanAlaya Colonial House is Closed, but Montra Nivesha is Open

Please note that HanumanAlaya Colonial House is closed due to the impact of Covid-19 on the tourism industry in Cambodia. However, please note that sister property , Angkor's Boutique Residence, is fully open and receiving guests.

Montra Nivesha has 39 rooms, 2 swimming pools, a restaurant, bar and even a spa. Rooms are just US$50 per night including breakfast at this time, including for Khmer New Year 2.0 from 17-21 August. So no price hikes, no overcharging spikes, just great value holiday rates at one of temple town's most popular boutique hotels.

Health measures are in place throughout the property, including deep-cleaning of rooms, temperature checks on entering the property and hand-sanitizer throughout the public areas.

The hotel strives to be plastic-free and has a purified drinking water system installed that provides drinking water via a separate tap in all rooms. Guests can refill at any time and the hotel provides stainless steel refill bottles for guests that can be purchased upon check-out.
