A journey that began with a cherished family recipe has now reached one of the world’s leading hospitality institutions.

Congratulations to our talented Executive Chef, Mr. Kimchhoeung Hin, whose victory at the École d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule culinary competition, thanks to his refined interpretation of his wife’s traditional Battambang recipe, granted him the chance to visit EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he both exchanged knowledge and deepened his learning.

This achievement is a testament to passion, perseverance, and the profound value of preserving culinary heritage. It shows how authentic stories and local traditions can open doors to global learning and inspire the next generation of hospitality professionals.

It was a pleasure to see him welcomed by Chef Philippe Gobet alongside our founder, Mr. Arnaud Zannier, during this memorable experience. We are proud to support talent that continues to grow while remaining deeply connected to its roots.
