We love seeing new ideas come to life in Siem Reap.

Yesterday we stopped by the opening of CACAO HOUSE SIEM REAP – SAHAK Shop, a lovely new space bringing together SAHAK Shop, and Claire's Khmer Cacao products, a great selection of locally made treats and artisan products.

It's places like these that remind us why we love this city. Even in the green season, there's always something new to discover. From cosy cafés and local shops to creative businesses opening their doors, Siem Reap never stands still.

When you stay with Canopy Collection, you're right in the middle of it all. Spend the morning exploring, enjoy a good coffee or some handmade chocolate, then head back to your apartment to relax or catch up on work before heading out again.
