Ream Yacht Club will provide the space for the park.
The partner will provide an excavator to dig out more water. Approx 400 $.
The partner will further stock more fish. Many are already there.
The partner will pay a nominal rent of 50 $ per month and will collect all payments from customers.
No other payments will be asked for.
