2018 one of the Olympic venues, Dragon resort.

Morning ski session with my friends as my guests.

Even though the Dragon resort will host Alpine ski competition, some of slope can open for the public. So you can be both spectators and skiers or snowboarders. 🙂
-how to get there from my place

1. Take a FREE shuttle right in front of my apartment at 7:30am.
Very easy!

2. Get off the the resort and then check the return shuttle schedule.

- how to retund
1:00 pm , 5:00 pm -get off at the down town and transfer a local bus via Anmok.

📌During the Olympics, Gangneung local buses are totally free of charge.

6:00 pm hop off at my place, the last stop.

Very easy to access the Olympics Venues!
Enjoy your Olympics as much as you can .

First step to cut off South Korea on foot along with the east coastal trail named Heaparang.
Since my place is located in Gangneung city from the 35th to 41th, I decided to start from the 38th.

Trip to Gangneung with the Premium express bus!

Korean Thanksgiving day is coming around the corner!

That means... we expect the super heavy traffic on the highway.

So, if you don't want to be burned out before you arrive, the premium bus could be the best solution.

I highly recommend it.
Experience it just one way.

1. Where to hop in
- Only From Seoul express bus terminal (Orange line) Not East-Seoul terminal

2. How it costs
27,900 KRW
( the most expensive among the all transportation to Gangneung)

3. What they serve
- personal ear-phone set
- a bottle of water
- private and comfortable seats

Travel with the fancy express bus!
You won't hop off the bus. :)

The nearest Italian cuisine and cafe - PINO

Just one block away from my apartment complex.

A little pricey

Pizza 15,000-18,000 KRW
steak 30,000-45,000 KRW
spaghetti 15,000-24,000 KRW

They serve coffee and drinks, too
Of course you can enjoy wine and beer with your meal.

10 am - 10 pm
break time 15:00-17:00

how to get there from my place

Go straight a block on the North bound Heaan-ro, at the intersection turn left.
100m walk away, you can see the restaurant on your left.

That restaurant is located near the Songjeong beach, 5 minutes away on foot.

After swimming or sunbathing on the beach, definitely, this place serves you a good food.

TNF100Korea will be held in Gangneung city on this weekends.
Unfortunately, it's beed already full booked now. But don't worry. You can enjoy the part of the best trail running courses starting from the lake to mountain as a spectator.

Honorably, I have a guest from Hong Kong , who is participating the half.
Hoping that he will get a medal, I've prepared chocolate bars for my guest. lol.

After the Gala, I had dinner with my guests who are big fans of Yuzuru, Japanese figure skater.
