Introduction to my village..

Ihwa-gong, which is located at the west foot of Naksan Mauntain, has steep stairways that travel up the mountainside and narrow alleys full of worn-out houses.
It is also called "sky village" because it seem to touch the sky. In December 2006, the "Naksan public Art project"was carried out to improve the village atmosphere. As part of the project,beautiful murals were painted, and sculptures were erected. Since it was a heartfelt, community effort,the murals became a symbol of the village,and Iwha-dong came to be regarded as the one of the most beautiful village in Seoul,one that visitors very much want to visit.It gained public attention through media publicity...
