位於新金湖站的旅館韓國第五屆現在提供長租，單人房每月40萬，雙人房每月60萬，房間全都是獨立間，並提供私人洗手間，在這住就絕對不用擔心安全問題〜
這裡設備齊全，房間含電視，冰箱，電熱毯，空調，網絡，獨立衛生間。公共區域有飲水機，電腦，烤土司機，微波爐，咖啡機，而且在地鐵5號線新金湖站3號出口，約步行1分鐘，即可到達。附近有銀行，郵局，超市，便利店，餐廳等均在周邊，十分方便。我們老闆是一位親切的韓國人，十分和藹/超熱心，他會幫助解決生活問題

最近在韓國大熱的O’sulloc抹茶醬真的很! 好! 吃!!!!

小編昨天去了南怡島和晨靜樹木園, 現在那裡的銀杏樹正值最盛開漂亮的時候啊!! 預計這兩個地方的紅黃葉可以持續到十一月頭左右. 趕快抓緊時間來韓國啊~~~

首爾的溫度一點一點要降下去了!!!下周末最低會降到5度而已!! 雖然這幾天白天還是暖暖的但快要踏入深秋了呢~~來韓國記得要注意保暖啊~

最近來韓國建議大家去天空公園逛一逛! 那裡現在有大片的紫芒, 搭配上日落美得就像拍music video那樣! 除了紫芒外，波斯富菊也開得正燦爛～～！！紫芒會一直持續到11月中尾左右,　還有時間喔～～～

Ø Double Room (一張雙人大床& 獨立衛浴) : 40萬/月, 只剩一間!!!! 每間限1人入住
Double room for one people (one big bed & private bathroom): 400,000/month
Ø Twin Room (兩張單人床& 獨立衛浴) : 60萬/月, 只剩一間!!!! 每間限2人入住
Twin room for 2 people ( 2 single bed & private bathroom): 600,000/month
* 以上均無需繳交保證金 NO DEPOSIT!!

2 居住優點:
Ø 設備齊全: 房間含電視/ 冰箱/ 電熱毯/空調/網絡/獨立衛生間, , 公共區域有飲水機/電腦/ 烤土司機/微波爐/咖啡機, 毋須再花費金錢添置家具, 拎包即可入住

3 入住要求:
Ø 只限女性入住
Ø 至少要租一個月. 如住超過一個月,如一個月零7天,後面7天就按比例計算房租(必須滿一個月,不足一個月的也按一個月計算)
Ø 若要退房需提前20天通知.
Ø 提供枕頭被子, 於退房時交還
Ø 提供洗衣機, 使用時間下午1點到9點
Ø 每間房間均可提供一個晾衣架, 若空間不夠可晾於頂樓.禁止於走廊晾衣物
Ø 入住後不提供清潔服務, 房間需自行打掃清潔
Ø 禁止吸煙
Ø 禁止帶朋友/其他外來人員入住
Ø 不包餐, 如需煮食,可自購小功率電鍋,但不能使用大功率電磁爐或其他煮食电器.

Hostel Korea 5th is a very low-price hostel. The price is low like a dormitory, but all the rooms are individual rooms (single room, double room ,twin room, triple room and family room), you don't need to worry about the safety problem. All of rooms provide individual toilet. It also provide monthly long rent too.
The hostel provides many facilities. In the room, it includes TV, fridge, heating mat, air-conditioner, wifi and private bathroom. In the public area, it includes water machine, computer, toast machine and coffee machine. It is near the subway! It only takes one minute to arrive the subway! For the surroundings, it has bank, post office, supermarket, 24hour opened convenient shop, restaurants etc..
The most important thing is the hostel boss is a very nice Korean! Also, we meet many friends here, not only Asian, also American and European. It is a nice hostel that I recommend!
