Do you enjoy meeting a friend from all over the world? Then, come join our Guest Staff Program!

We are looking for anyone who is willing to take a chance to work at guesthouse in Hongik university area, Seoul.

Guesthouse Staff Program(GSP) is a work program in our guesthouse (Crossroad Backpackers and Michiganhouse&pub).
If you are looking for some place to stay for couple of month or longer, you can settle into our guesthouse by joining GSP.
You can meet a lot of fiends from all over the world by joining GSP.
GSP is a good chance to have a work experience in Korea guesthouse. You can also learn Korean and Korean culture. You will enjoy your staying.

We have few requirements for our GSP. Check out the requirement, and if you have a plan to come to Korea for a while OR you are already in Korea and looking for a place to stay, please do not hesitate to apply for GSP.

[REQUIREMENT]
1. Fluent in English & basic Korean (advantage for other languages)
2. Basic skill of excel and powerpoint
3. Friendly, thoughtful, responsible and BIG SMILE
4. Work at least 2 months

[Role & Responsibility]
- Housekeeping
- Receptionist
- Making a guest happy and comfortable
- Preparation for a party

[Work Schedule]
- 3~4 hours per day (at least)
- 1 day off per week

[Offer]
1. Free accommodation (Bed, breakfast, laundry, coffee, etc)
2. Allowance provided if any overtime (depending on work hours)
3. Join a party for free (BBQ or others)
