We are seeking for an international office support (part-time) to commence from August 2020 for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Duties involved:
- Managing regular English phone calls and English language assessments for Korean students;
- Managing international communication with our overseas partners;
-Screening potential overseas partners (i.e. organisations, institutions, communities) and building positive relationship with them;
-Assisting miscellaneous administration tasks related to our programme (e.g. research related to overseas visa application and procedures for Korean students).
• Requirements:
-Native English speaker,
-Effective communication skill is a MUST
-Good knowledge and experience in documentation
-WH Visa, Student Visa, Long term stay visa
-Relevant experience and basic Korean language skill would be desirable but not required.
• Working Conditions:
-3-4 days/week from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, working days are to be negotiated
-Minimum wage
