Chef Shinichiro Takagi—the second-generation chef of 'Jeniya,' which has held two Michelin stars for ten consecutive years, and the executive chef of Aman Taka-an in Kyoto.

The special two-day gastronomic journey he presented at Ariake, The Shilla Seoul, has come to a successful close.

The event featured a diverse course menu that modernly reinterprets traditional Kaiseki, paired with a meticulously curated selection of sake.
