한국 중국 일본의 전통가옥의 차이중 가장 큰 하나가 바로 지붕에 숨겨져 있습니다.
먼저 중국의 지붕선을 보면 완벽한 직선이거나 혹은 모서리 끝이 비정상적으로 하늘로 뻗어 있죠.

세번째 마당의 비밀.
보통의 한옥은 모두 너른 마당을 가지고 있는데요.
그 이유중 하나가 바로 대류현상을 이용해 바람을 만드는 것이었습니다.
너른 마당에서 따뜻하게 더워진 공기는 위로 올라가고 산에서 창을 통해 내려오는 차가운 공기가 그곳을 채우면서 더욱 시원한 바람을 만들어낸 것이죠.
