La Folie Lodge Southern Laos' most charming lodge — 25 peaceful rooms with Mekong views, nestled on Don Daeng Island. A "Secret Retreat" near the sacred hills of Vat Phu.

Located on the island of Done Daeng in Champasak, La Folie Lodge offers 26 rooms with Mekong river view, in a lush tropical garden. The restaurant beside the pool offers traditionnal local food and western dishes. The large outdoor pool under the palm shade offer a delightful view of the sunset over the mountains. The lodge also offers tour desk service, a Spa, botanical garden, organic garden, pe

tanque court, and bicycle rental. The private boats of the resort offer free shuttle service to connect the island to the center of Champasak town, only a 15 minute drive to Vat Phu, the ancient Khmer temple. Guests can also go to Ban Meuang, for easy transfers to the 4000 Islands or Cambodia.
