2. Tents
We provide tents that can fit up to 2 people. These tents are already pitched and depending on availability, you can let us know where you want to book. And you can also bring your own tent, provided we have enough space.
3. Matrasses
It’s for free and all of our tents are equipped with matrasses, just to help cushion you up a bit at night.
4. Fire wood
We sell wood for fire and always encourage groups not to consume too much so we remain environmentally friendly. There are designated areas for fires. This means you can’t make a fire anywhere…remember we are on a cedars reserve.
5. Breakfast
We offer a hearty traditional Lebanese breakfast of zaatar, labneh, kishik, saj, locally grown vegetables, coffee and tea. The idea is that we all get together under the big Cedar tree, help out if need be, and enjoy breakfast together. (See pricing in section number 2)
6. Facilities
Shared kitchen: We love our kitchen space which is equipped with a big cooler, stove, kettles, cutlery, cups, plates, and whatever food people leave behind for the rest to have. Feel free to use what we have, but if you are a big group, you will need to ensure you have your own cardboard cups, plates, and so on. BBQ station: Feel free to use our BBQ stations, where we also have the griddle and some prongs. Picnic Tables: We have some picnic tables so you can comfortably enjoy your food. Sink: You will have space to wash your dishes (so no excuses) and dry them out. Bathroom: We have two real toilets (not those portable plastic ones) and a shower. Store: Visit our humble little store to find good quality Tents, Sleeping bags, hiking sticks, headlights, tents, gadgets, dream catchers, decorative sheets, and more.
7. Campsite areas
Hammock section: A nice shady hammock section where you can sway and pick up a book from our library tree stand. Star gazing field: We have a pretty awesome open field where you can lay down and look up at the stars. On some nights, we bring out our telescope. Bonfires: We have designated areas were we light up a communal bonfire for everyone to come around, mingle and enjoy the night. Yoga stage: We are super proud of our big yoga stage with its endless view. Sun theatre: Enjoy a few cinema chairs plotted at the top of the mountain for front row seats to the sunrise/sunset.
8. Weather

10. We love animals and have Kahla (the donkey), Vera (the doggy) and Diva ( the puppy). You are welcome to get your well trained and friendly pets with you. Please note that sometimes their are campers that are scared of dogs, in those cases, you will need to keep your dog on leash or strictly next to your camping area.

And now a few notes on what kind of campsite we want to culture. Please do take time to read this so that neither you or us get disappointed from miscommunication.
1. Communal campsite: This means that you aren’t alone in the forest but instead around other campers that also want to enjoy their time. Where you can please do help out, and be friendly.
2. Whisper nights: After midnight sound must be reduced to whispers, so that other campers that want to get a good night’s sleep can do so.
3. Less garbage: With the ongoing garbage crisis in Lebanon we might not be able to stop the crisis but we definitely can prevent making the problem bigger. Avoid buying plastic because that will go straight into the garbage. Do buy cardboard so that you can throw it in the fire.
4. Don’t throw out food: If you overbought food and don’t want to take it with you back home, feel free to leave it behind in the kitchen. We live in the campsite and will make great use of your food.
5. Encourage local economies: The Chouf area has plenty of local family run stores along the way to the campsite that offer organic vegetables and meat at great prices. Everything you will need you can find up there.
6. Respect the environment: This obviously goes without saying but we also don’t want light or sound pollution. Please refrain from getting loud speakers or white light that is burdensome to other campers. We have candles that you can use and lanterns.
7. No SH**HA allowed. We are strict in this rule, no Arguili or so-called Sh**ha allowed inside the camp :)
