After working for many high-end hotels in Lebanon and overseas, pastry chef Charbel Akiki has decided to open his own shop to further challenge and prove his capabilities as a chef and entrepreneur. With a focus on high quality products, best chocolate, new recipes and techniques combined with the professional training he acquired in France Charbel aims to continue to satisfy his clients and guest

As a pastry, we are always developing new recipes, discovering new ingredients and techniques to stay up to date with the ever-changing markets reflecting current styles, demands and tastes of our clients. With discipline, good will and hard work the sky is the limit, and for the future we aim to reach the sky.
