orking parents would go to work knowing that their children will enjoy their day while being safe and protected. When they finish their work they will look forward to come back to Seven Hills to enjoy the rest of their day at one of the pools or doing several sports activities with their children. It is the ideal place for families to spend great times together and witness their children growing and making new friends for life. Seven Hills is a new gated residential compound adjacent to Satellity 2, defining new standards of wellbeing. The project is situated at an altitude of 1,100 m above sea level in Feytroun. The region is well known for its great weather, beautiful scenery and unique classified rocks. While being 35 Km away from Beirut, Feytroun is an ideal destination to spend the summer and winter season as it is 20 min away from the Kfardebyan ski slopes. The project consists of 65 small to mid-size apartments ranging from 90 sqm to 150 sqm, built to the highest standards. (Heating system, double glazing, chimney, security sensors...); each unit in particular and the project in general is smartly designed to endorse a quality environment which promotes social interaction and impact its residents’ senses, emotions and mind in the best way. The 90 sqm apartments consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, maid room, open kitchen, living area, spacious balcony (3.5 by 3.5 m). The 110 sqm apartments consist of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, maid room, open kitchen, living area, spacious balcony (5 by 3 m) overlooking the pool and mountains. In addition to the above,beautiful apartments with spacious garden (ranging between 50 and 120 sqm) are available. At Seven Hills adults will enjoy their time and chill with their friends at the Jacuzzi pool which is the best place to relax in a quite enviroment away from their daily busy life or swim with their children at the main swimming pool. Few meters away from the main pool, a small pool is especially reserved for babies. Being aware of the good impact of sports on our body and mind an indoor health club was conceived where parents and their children meet each other and play during summer time without suffering from the sun’s heat and in winter avoiding the windy weather. The indoor health club consists of two semi-basketball courts, a mini-football field, gym, ping-pong room and a children playground with a waiting room for parents to stay near their children. The health club is being ventilated and constantly supplied with fresh air. An additional parking floor was added for those who would like to have several parking spots. The project is under construction and will be delivered in 2017.

At the center of our culture there is a will to constantly exceeding the expectations of all of our stakeholders. It is the ideal place for families to spend great times together and witness their children growing and making new friends. In order to make this happen Seven Hills screened and meet several architects. At the end a team of experienced and qualified architects lead by architect Fouad El Rahi turned our vision beyond simple drawings but into a space where people feel home and see it as their ideal getaway. Seven Hills is a project fully financed by the owners themselves.
