One of my most exquisite memories is watching my beloved grandmother, Marie Toufic Chamoun, lovingly brew her tea throughout the day. The fragrant aromas of anise, chamomile, Earl Grey, and mint still linger in my heart, like whispered blessings from her soul. Just recently, we uncovered her beautiful old tea caddies, hidden away for 40 years since her passing. Each one, a precious marvel, hand-marked with her name—Marie, her initial, or the monogram MCT—carrying stories from her travels or gifts from my grandfather’s distant journeys. Now, we share this intimate legacy with our guests, brewing her spirit into every cup of loose leaf tea
