Azur Suites Hotel is the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed at in Lebanon. When I first walked in, I thought it was a castle. The front desk manager was incredibly handsome and friendly, so I joked and asked, “Is this a castle?” He said yes. Then I asked, “So are you the king’s son?” He just smiled and said no.
The entire service experience was truly pleasant. At the beginning, the Wi-Fi signal in my room was a bit weak. After I reported it, they immediately made adjustments and fixed it. Whenever I needed help with anything, they responded warmly and efficiently.
I loved spending time in the courtyard, zoning out while looking at the flowers outside the window under the bright sunshine. Everything felt full of life. The hotel is close to the seaside, and I enjoyed walking there to watch the sunset. It felt like a quiet little paradise for me. And just a short walk away, you can experience the peaceful charm of the old city streets.
The young receptionist was very friendly, and the older gentleman at the front desk also spoke English kindly and patiently. Every interaction I felt warm and welcomed by the staff.
One detail that truly touched me was their two cats—one of them is already 12 years old and spends its days lazily resting on the sofa. It shows how loving and caring this hotel is. If a cat can feel so safe and at home here, it makes us guests feel grateful and comfortable as well.
Highly recommended.

What touched me most was a small detail: the hotel has two cats, one of which is 12 years old and lazily lounges on the sofa every day. It's truly a hotel full of love. Seeing the cats living so peacefully here makes us, as guests, feel comforted and relaxed.
Highly recommended.
