We provide a private living space complete with kitchen, right next door to our family home. Only 10 minutes by tuk-tuk from Bentota (we will pick you up and drop you off for free), you’ll spend wonderful days and nights next to Bentota river. There are restaurants within walking distance, as well as little street-side shops, but we are far enough out of the city to have peace and quiet. You can s

ee many animals right from your porch: bats, squirrels, water monitors, cormorants, eagles, water hens, and many others. The green surrounding grounds are lush with tropical plants and edible fruits in season, such as coconut, papaya, mango, and wild apple. Your friendly hosts, Sanjaya and his welcoming family, will be happy to provide you with information and advice about Sri Lankan culture, noteworthy locales in the Bentota region and beyond, as well as whatever logistic information you may need.
