Construction of Central Park Boulevard Port City Colombo, Home Lands Group’s ultra-luxury twin-tower development in the coveted Central Park District of Port City Colombo, is progressing well ahead of planned timelines, having already completed 100% of piling work in just 88 days since construction began, working day and night. Three leading contractors, Access Engineering PLC, Sanken Construction’s San Piling (Pvt) Ltd., and D P Jayasinghe Piling Company (Pvt) Ltd., were handpicked by Home Lands to carry out high-quality piling work of this important project of international significance, conforming to the highest standards in record time. The construction of 192 piles in total was successfully completed with the deployment of 9 piling machines supported by the contractors’ extensive fleets and expertise.
