British Airways launches its first direct London Gatwick to Colombo service from October 2026, flying three times a week. Add SriLankan Airlines’ daily Heathrow route and there are now ten direct flights a week between London and Sri Lanka. Two airports, two airlines, more reasons to book.

The front door is at garden level. Steps lead down past the bedrooms and open into a sitting and dining area with nothing between you and the Indian Ocean.
