GFH also has a large kitchen area with a common refrigerator and microwave. We also offer our travelers free WIFI facilities, so they can stay connected while they re-live history. The host is a resident of Galle fort and has an in depth knowledge of the history of Galle fort, he is by profession a dealer of coins and collectibles. The host organizes walking tours of the Galle Fort weekly (date and time of the tours are displayed in the notice board in the hostel).
