With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to a truly beautiful soul — a beloved friend, a guiding light, a hero to so many, and of course our Santa. W***y had a way of bringing warmth, laughter, and kindness wherever he went. His presence made people feel seen, welcomed, and at home. He carried a spirit that was free, generous, and full of life — a spirit that touched us all in ways words can hardly capture.

For all who loved him and wish to say goodbye, we will gather tomorrow at 11:00 AM in front of the beach surf spot. Our surfers will paddle out to the lineup, while everyone else is invited to meet on the shore. Together, we will offer flowers to the ocean and share a moment of silence in memory of W***y.

We will miss him more than words can say.

We’ll begin the morning with traditional rituals, welcoming the new year with gratitude and positive energy. At the auspicious time, we’ll boil milk and prepare our first meal, sharing it with family and loved ones.

The day will be filled with laughter, traditions and delicious sweets. It’s a time to reflect, reconnect, and step into the new year with hope and joy.
