Our Story
Hello my dear friends,
I am Terrence Eardley Fernando. I was born on 22nd July 1968. Iranavila is my birth place. I learn play and brought up in this area. I have beautiful memories playing on the beach enjoying life. When I was young I love travel, people and Sri Lanka. This leads me to become a travel guide. For the past 18 years I was a travel guide. I received wealth of knowledge about hospitality industry in Sri Lanka by being a travel guide. I found out that many hotels are not providing a friendly service. Many Hotels dont not provide a homely feeling.
So I wanted to create a perfect hotel that provides warm and friendly service to tourist visit Sri Lanka. At the Start of year 2014 I was looking for a land to fulfill my purpose. I have been to Mirissa, Unawatuna, and Hikaduwa. Those places are crowded with tourist and no one can experience tranquility. I wanted to build a hotel in a calm area.
I saw this beautiful off the beaten track while I was traveling to Chiaw and enjoyed the sunset and tranquility. Then I gave an offer to buy this land. From 2014 I slowly built this hotel. We want to give you a homely feeling. Come and enjoy.
