It’s a unique, full-time & part-time opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a brand primed for growth. We’re looking to hire the first members of our venture with a new brand identity. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the re-emerging hospitality market and understands that entering back into this new normal is going to take some time, adjustments, focus and flexibility.
As Operations Management Trainee you will be trained to lead our crew and to collaborate diverse aspects of the hospitality operations to provide our customers with premium tailor-made service in a digital Hospitality environment.
We are looking for someone who is autonomous, driven and truly passionate about the culture of food and beverage.
This Job is a good fit for applicants:
• With studying or completed Hospitality Management Degree or Hotel School Qualification; wants to kick start the career in Hospitality Management
• With gaps in their resume in Hospitality Industry, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
• Previous customer service experience or Hospitality Industry experience
• Open to applicants who do not have academic qualifications related to Hospitality Management
MUST HAVES
> Proficiency in English Language
> Customer-focused mentality and enthusiasm for building strong relationships
> Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
> Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
