The Summit sits on the Hanthana ridge, high enough above the town that the only sound in the morning is the valley. Every room faces the city, so the view is the first thing you see and the last thing you see.

From up here in Hanthana, about five kilometres from town, the city sits in the valley and the light comes up over the hills first. This is the view our guests wake up to, and it is visible from the bed in every one of our four rooms.

Mornings here start slow. Coffee on the terrace as the valley clears, breakfast cooked fresh by our chef with vegetables from the garden, and the whole of Kandy spread out below you. In the evening there is the rooftop, a candlelight dinner for house guests, and Starlink wifi throughout if you want to stay connected.
