Marking the International Day of Zero Waste, our team at Jetwing Yala carried out a Shramadana along the Yala–Palatupana Road, spanning 10 km.

With the participation of 34 associates, 265 kg of waste was collected, segregated, and treated responsibly, reflecting our belief that positive change can begin in our neighbourhoods.

In commemoration of the International Day of Forests and World Water Day, our associates at Jetwing Yala conducted an educational programme last Friday for students from Andaragasyaya Primary School.

This interactive session highlighted the vital role that forests and water play in sustaining our communities and natural ecosystems, inspiring an appreciation for environmental stewardship from a young age.
