At Tisara Villas each villa comes with 2 individual air conditioned en-suite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, living room and private garden.
We have a large swimming pool to laze around and de stress and the villas are located in a private gated community.

We offer an attractive deals for long term rentals of 2 bedroom villas for yourself.

Rate - LKR. 85,000/- Per month Per villa ( 2 Bed Room Villas )

Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum stay ONE Month.

2. You will have to source your own food requirements.

3. Bed and Bath linen will be provided once on arrival.

4. Electricity Bills Separatly. ( Not Included )

5. Once a week housekeeping & room cleaning services.

During these times we know that many tourists are still in our area. At Tisara Villas www.tisaravillas.com each villa comes with 2 individual air conditioned en-suite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, living room and private garden. We have a large swimming pool to laze around and de stress and the villas are located in a private gated community.
We offer options of renting one bedroom in the villa and sharing the common spaces with other occupants or you can rent the entire 2 bedroom villa for yourself. Please DM us if you are interested in renting a room. We hope that this way we can help out those looking for a more permanent solution as they wait and see how things develop over the coming month. Stay safe.
Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum stay 7 nights.
2. You will have to source your own food requirements
3. Bed and Bath linen will be provided once on arrival.
4. We will try to provide cleaning when possible in lines with the curfew regulations.
