Bridden's Place is een resort opgezet 8 jaar geleden door de Nederlander Harry Bridden, samen met zijn Sri-Lankaanse vrouw genaamd Chamali welke ook vloeiend Nederlands spreekt, runt Harry dit uniek resort. In het hoofdvertrek is een VIP room, een dubbele kamer geschikt voor 2 personen. Chamilie is gecertificeerd chef kok en kookt op verzoek voor de gasten. Harry regelt op verzoek de echte excursi

es incl. gids en vervoer voor de lokale prijzen. De echte mooiste plekjes, waar toeristische organisaties geen weet van hebben. De westerse luxe en hulpvaardigheid in Sri Lanka. Maar dan zonder de westerse prijzen!

📍 Castlereigh Reservoir - Hatton

Took this shot on a beautiful morning when I saw a canoe in the Castlereigh reservoir, probably on fishing. Hatton must be the place with the perfect climate in Sri Lanka - not too cold, not too hot, and tea fields are everywhere, definitely one of my favourite places in Sri Lanka!

Our Story

Our boutique hotel is located in a small village on the West Coast of Sri Lanka, called ‘Katuneriya’, in close distance to Negombo Beach and Marawila. Sri Lanka's International Airport, Katunayake, is only 25 kilometres away.

Our Hotel is situated directly off Lansigama beach, surrounded by coconut trees, amidst a beautiful landscaped garden with a first class swimming pool. We are situated connecting to the beach, separated by a wall for the privacy of our guests.

Shops and restaurants are nearby and the bus-stop on the main-road is 800 m from our hotel. A tuk-tuk service is available for shopping or sight- seeing around our area.

In our ‘a la Carte’ restaurant we serve a wide range of delicious foods, local cuisine and foreign specialties - our top-chef will amaze you.
