Welcome to Tea Inspiration, Chef - Judges of Bocuse d’Or Sri Lanka 2022. Chef - Judges of Bocuse d’Or Sri Lanka tasted tea with Dilmah Founder’s son Dilhan at the t-Lounge & Bar by Dilmah in Colombo. Dilmah has supported the prestigious culinary challenge since its inception in Sri Lanka to recognize, celebrate and encourage young Chefs and apprentices. 19 Sri Lankan culinary teams will be assessed in the contest named after culinary icon, Chef Paul Bocuse, and the winners announced tomorrow. The judges include Chief Judge Otto Weibel, Roberto Beltramini and Michel Saelen.
