Offering total peace and tranquility Nilupul Gardens is nestled in the heart of a small Sri Lankan village. The newly built house seamlessly merges traditional and modern Sri Lankan architecture and is furnished with all the modern comforts.There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living/dinning, and 4 bathrooms. The house is furnished wit
h an eclectic mix of modern and antique furniture. The spacious but cosy living areas open on to the beautiful garden which is filled with a vibrant mix of flowers and wild life. You can enjoy early morning birdsongs seated on the comfortable outdoor eating area,ideal forbreakfast or afternoon tea. Whilst the villa is listed under the individual room option you're most welcome to reserve the whole villa for yourself. Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the property and take comfort that they will be well looked after by our 2 resident staff who speaks English, German and Arabic. Interaction with guests
You will be in the very capable hands of our staff who are available to prepare meals, clean, provide information and help to facilitate a wonderful stay. Breakfast is included with each booking, and our resident chef Vinitha will be happy to prepare additional meals each day for the cost of 700LKR per person per meal. The neighborhood
Nestled in the beautiful village of Moragalla, Nilupul Garden is ideally located to immerse yourself in the best of diversity that Sri Lanka offers, from the peaceful villages to some of the best coastal beaches on the island. As the morning dew disappears,take a stroll experiencing the beauty of village life and stop at our “kandepansala” (Temple on the hill). Slightly further a field is the Galapatha Viharaya one of a cluster of five ancient temples in the region. Here you can observe stone inscriptions, carvings, pillars and ponds from the medieval period. Being so close to the beach you will have the opportunity to experience a range of activities including swimming, body surfing, wind surfing, parasailing, jet skiing and diving. You are only 1 hour drive from the UNESCO world heritage city of Galle, and along the way don’t forget to stop at Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery - located 11 km south of Bentota. Getting around
You are only 1 minute walk to the bus stop on Galle Road. Local tuk-tuks are plenty and will be able to take you to most of the places you might like to go. The Southern Expressway can be reached within 30mins.. Transit from Colombo International Airport to Nilupul Garden takes between 2.5hrs depending on traffic. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged. On request we could provide pickup from Aluthgama/ Beruwala Railway Station or Bus Station
