Located on a private road in the inner town of Moratuwa, the house has a spacious open plan, high ceiling living/dinning area fully equipped with ceiling fans (also offer pedestal fans), cable TV for a relaxed night in, away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

The entrance to the house is via a private road with plenty of on road parking available in addition to the secure undercover parking available for one car.
All the amenities you need are also found within walking distance of the house. I.e. shops, cafe, restaurant, bakery, chemist, taxis and buses into town.
