Welcome to JAS Residence
Having worked in the tourism industry for over 2 decades, I decided to finally use my hospitality experience in creating an exclusive hideaway with the main focus on luxury and privacy.
The result is our JAS Residence, a small, gated resort with only three contemporary villas. The perfect blend of hotel-like services and a home-like environment. All our villas and the dining pavilion face a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking green paddy fields. The full-service kitchen offers a wide range of mouth-watering dishes.
Located only 7 minutes from Negombo with all its attractions, JAS Residence is the ideal choice for couples, families, and/or small functions.
