Lovely private bungalow with swimming pool facing the Negombo Lagoon. The villa is built on a 2-acre coconut estate located between the Negombo Lagoon and the Sea (Beach is across the road).

* Accommodates 10 people in total.
* Just 33 kilometers (50 minutes) from Colombo, and 8 km from Negombo town. 15 km from the Airport.
* 3 bedrooms (1 large family room and 2 triple rooms). All bedrooms have air-conditioning, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms.
* Spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and private swimming pool.
* The living room has Cable TV, telephone (free of charge for local calls), comfy couches, dining table, work space, reading corner and a collection of books.
* Free WiFi is available throughout the villa.
* The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, rice cooker, kettle, toaster and water filter. Crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery are also available for your use.
* Meals (Sri Lankan rice & curry with chicken/fish/prawns, as well as Western meals) can be ordered from Nilani at very reasonable rates (about USD 2 -3 per person).
* We provide fresh linen and towels to all our guests. For long stay guests, linen and towels will be changed every 3 days.
* A washing machine is also available but a fee of USD 5 (Rs 750) will be charged for each load.
* The Housekeeper comes once a day to tidy up. Please note that you are expected to wash any crockery and cutlery you use.
