We have been informed that unauthorized third parties are impersonating hotel properties and sending fraudulent payment requests via WhatsApp and external links, claiming a "card verification error" or "payment failure" or something else.
Please read the following security guidelines carefully:
No Requests for private details: Kynrock Hotels & Resorts will NEVER contact you via SMS, or private links to request your credit card details, passwords or other private details.
Official Channels Only: All official communication regarding your reservation and legitimate payments will happen strictly through the official Booking.com platform or directly upon your arrival at our front desk or through our authorized whatsapp numbers which are, +94 77 898 9708/+94 77 078 9808/+94 77 442 2523. Even through these, our staff will not ask for your credit card details.
Do Not Click Links: If you receive any suspicious message on WhatsApp or any other platform claiming to be from us and asking for money, do not click any links, do not share your details, and do not make any payments.
If you have already received a message like this or are ever unsure about a payment request, please do not hesitate to contact us directly through our official property numbers on our social media and website.
