JUNGLE MAGIC ● The 4 acres of OceanEye is a former coconut plantation. After viewing over 70 plots of land we fell in love with this one. The very first evening, after buying the land, we got a special welcome by fireflies dancing between the treed, creating a feeling of being immersed in magic✨️
🌴 The land itself had one flat plateau at the top of a slope, the perfect place for building the house and pool, with views of the ocean. No trees were cut down during the construction process. Instead we rewilded the land, letting indigenous trees and plants grow. Wildlife quickly came back and today the property is frequently visited by birds, lizards, dragonflies and monkeys.
