In the true essence of Avurudu, we opened our doors to those who stand with us every day. Our guards, often the quiet strength behind our spaces, joined us at the heart of the celebration, not as colleagues, but as family.

Together, we shared laughter, traditions, and the simple joy of being present with one another. It wasn’t about formality, but about connection, respect, and belonging.

This Avurudu season, while celebrations filled homes across the country, our guards stood steadfast, protecting, watching, and ensuring that others could celebrate in peace. They are the quiet strength behind every safe space, sacrificing time with their own families so others can be with theirs 🌟

With deep gratitude, our Head Office team and their families, together with our Visionary and COO, visited our guards and their families to share a small token of appreciation, meal packs, dry ration essentials, and our heartfelt thanks. These moments were about connection, recognition, and honouring those who carry our values every day.

Last weekend, we conducted a dedicated training program for our Security Managers and Chief Security Officers, focused on strengthening leadership, alignment, and operational excellence across our teams.

It was a powerful session filled with learning, engagement, and meaningful discussions that reinforced our shared standards and vision.

We were honored to have our visionary founder, Major Tissa Aluwihare, who delivered an inspiring and thought provoking lecture to all participants.
