It’s Sri Lanka

This country quit coffee.
They stopped drinking it and stopped making it.

This is Sri Lanka.
150 years ago, a disease destroyed all the coffee plants in the country.
So they switched to something else: tea.

Tea has one-third the caffeine, more flavours, antioxidants, and no headaches.
It became the better choice.

Sri Lanka went from a coffee nation to the fourth-largest tea producer in the world.
More than 4% of the island is covered in tea plantations, and one million people work in tea.

Nature, the elevation, the sun, and the moisture make Sri Lankan tea sweeter than anywhere else.

This country proved tea can replace coffee.
Maybe it's time to switch what's in your cup too
