We are offering an upstairs floor (Separate Unit) of a house that includes 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, big living area and a big balcony for KDU Students who wish to rent out rooms within a distance of 5 MINUTES to the University in a safer good neighborhood.
Currently we only have one room available which will be rented on single basis or double basis and the price will be as follows,
Single Basis - Rs. 18,000 per month
Double Basis - Rs. 20,000 per month (Rs.10,000 per person sharing)
