Garden Villa Ronnaduwa Recently refurbished historic colonial-style villa in Sri Lanka, located on a private cinnamon estate including an own large pool and four private bedrooms

The historic colonial-style villa was comprehensively refurbished in 2016 and consists of four individually designed bedrooms with open plan bathrooms. Each double room is enriched with its own private veranda and garden area. Guests share a large spacious living and dining area (which can be easily divided into two living areas), the pantry kitchen as well as the courtyard and pool area. Addition

ally, guests can enter the entire surrounding cinnamon and coconut plantation, which belongs to the Villa. The Ronnaduwa estate is located in the South-West of Sri Lanka close to the beach near the town of Meetiyagoda and can be easily accessed by various transportation modes. Transport: The estate can be reached within 1.5 hours via the new express way. Our manager would be happy to arrange airport pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as trips to the beach or nearby tourist attractions. The closest town is Meetiyagoda which is located around 5 minutes away from the estate. Basic needs such as water and snacks can be purchased here. Hikkaduwa, one of Sri Lanka’s most popular beach towns for both tourists and locals, is located just 8 km (10 min drive) away from the property. It is internationally known for its abundant choice of restaurants, the nightlife, as well as various surfing, diving and sports activities.
