The Holiday Bungalow ‘Touch of Dutch’ is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Tangalle, a picturesque small town on the coast of the Southern Province of Sri Lanka. The design is a modern reflection of the old era of Dutch colonial period in Sri Lanka. The building follows the “Touch of Dutch”; the concept derived from the historic background of Tangalle. A mystery space is created with
in a restricted total land plot of only 5 perches. The opulent bedrooms set out for guests come with own balconies and attached bathrooms. A living room with cosy furnishings, a dining room, a pantry, a TV lobby, a bathroom, and a veranda are all included in the building's common areas. The rest of the facilities are as, air-conditioned rooms, bathrooms with hot water facilities, Internet connection (wi-fi), a common pantry with electrical appliances, a laundry room and it also has a small library. All the vital services such as bus station, beach, food cities, hospitals, town council, are accessible within a very few minutes. All three chambers/ rooms are done in three different concepts giving different experiences to the Visitors. Many significant locations, including Pare wella Natural Swimming Beach, Mulkirigala Raja Maha Viharaya, Rekawa Turtle Hatchery, Ussangoda Natural Landscape Area, Kudawella Blowhole, Kalametiya Bird Sanctuary, etc. are nearby and easily accessible from the location.
