WE'RE HIRING — RESORT OPERATIONS MANAGER | SRI LANKA

Elsewhere Surf Camps is looking for someone to run the show at one of Sri Lanka's best surf resorts.

This is a full-time, live-in leadership role. You'll be across every department — surf, restaurant, wellness, bar, events, reception, housekeeping — and the team behind all of it.

Location: Weligama, Sri Lanka
Type: Full-Time / Live-In
Start: ASAP

You're the right person if you:
— Have run a resort, hotel, or surf camp at a senior level
— Know how to lead a multicultural team and earn real respect
— Are guest-obsessed and solutions-first
— Have a genuine interest in surfing — this is non-negotiable
— Want real responsibility, not just a job title
