What an adventure! Two incredible 14-day retreats filled with yoga, meditation to the sounds of the jungle, delicious Sri Lankan brunches, surfing lessons, scooter rides through the countryside, beach relaxation, and, of course, afternoon aerial yoga.

We shared breathtaking sunsets, deep conversations, and unforgettable moments. Grateful for everyone who joined and made this journey so special! 💛

Learn to fly and teach aerial yoga in Portugal. 

During this special training you will learn everything about aerial yoga so you can perform and teach the basic aerial yoga postures with confidence and ease. 

Our hosts, Ali and Pedro, where actually guests at ME yoga retreats in Sri Lanka a few years back. So i am very exited to join forces and teach at their beautiful near to Lisbon, within 10 minutes walking from the beach.
