Sunset Beach Resort is a magical retreat situated on over 6,000 nearly untouched, lush acres of tropical forests, mangroves, rivers, lagoons, and almost three miles of stunning golden sandy beaches that curve endlessly around the striking coastline of West Africa.

We call Sunset Beach “Liberia’s Hidden Gem” , but we also believe Liberia herself is this gem.

She is rare. A hidden beauty waiting to be discovered. The best kind of beautiful- a mosaic of scars and radiance.

Parts of her has seen the dark, experiences the pain of loss, but these fragments have not defined her.

Everything she has went through has provided an opportunity to emerge as a beautiful diamond.

Diamonds are formed under great pressure and very often don’t look like a diamond at first.

Not all diamonds are cut the same, but each can cascade the light and beauty within to the world.

Liberia was born to shine.
