**PUBLIC NOTICE**

We wish to inform our valued customers and the general public that a former staff member of our hotel was recently terminated for unauthorised overcharging and fraudulent booking activities. The matter has been officially reported to the police and is under investigation.

It has come to our attention that certain individuals may have been issued booking receipts bearing the company’s stamp. These receipts were not approved or recognised by management.

To ensure transparency and prevent inconvenience, we kindly request that all customers with upcoming or future bookings - especially for our Conference Hall - visit the hotel in person to verify their reservations with our team.

Please note that only bookings confirmed and recorded in our official system will be honoured.

The name and picture of the former staff will be official released by the police for identification purposes.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the matter.
