Position: Night Shift Receptionist
Requirements:
* Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must be polite, respectful, and welcoming to guests.
* Basic computer skills.
* Ability to handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
* Ability to work independently during night hours.

* Must be comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist guests during the night shift.
* Handle late night check-ins and early check-outs.
* Manage reservations and guest inquiries.
* Answer phone calls and respond to guest messages.
* Receive and record payments when required.
* Monitor the reception area and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
* Handle guest concerns professionally and report serious issues to management.
* Maintain accurate records of overnight activities.
